At Watch Band Depot, we put high-quality design and long-lasting materials first. We warrant that our products are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use, for the lifetime of the product. This Lifetime Warranty applies to products that are currently in production.
What is not covered by the warranty?
This warranty does not cover:
- Cosmetic damage
- Damage caused by accident, abuse, neglect, or impact
- Improper use or storage of the product
- Unauthorized modifications or repairs
Products purchased anywhere other than the Watch Band Depot online store or an authorized Watch Band Depot reseller are not covered by this warranty.
If a product is discontinued, the Lifetime Warranty no longer applies as of the date of discontinuation. We stand behind the quality of everything we sell, but we cannot offer a Lifetime Warranty on discontinued products because parts or suitable replacements may no longer be available.
How do I submit a warranty claim?
Reach out through our contact page with your order number, and we will follow up by email so you can share a photo or video of the defective band for review. If your claim is approved, you will receive a free replacement band; to receive the replacement, you only need to cover the cost of shipping and handling.
Warranty shipping and handling fees vary by product and will not exceed $9.99 plus tax.
