Series 1-3 with a 42mm case? Choose 44/45/46/49MM.

The 22mm measurement is the listed band width, not the watch case size. Check the case size engraved on the back of your watch. 38, 40 and 41mm cases and the Series 10 42mm case take 38/40/41/42MM; 44, 45, 46 and 49mm cases take 44/45/46/49MM. The older 42mm case (Series 1-3) also takes 44/45/46/49MM.
